Agatha for example is a relatively nice old lady in the anime. IN the games she is a bitter old woman who sees her Pokémon as soldiers and little else and despises Oak.
The anime also makes Pokémon a lot more expressive, more human if you will. They are a lot closer to animals in the games. Though there is a big gap between species as we have stuff like Alakazam.
In the games, Darkai has killed people. We meet the ghost of some of his victims in BW.
The games certainly make more Pokémon more treating and animalistic. HOWEVER this is hardly ever seen and it is mostly relegated to Dex entries.
