OU singles is still the standard in terms of Pokemon Showdown battles. And yes Garchomp is still in OU.

regular OU (gen 8 OU) is still the standard
although if you ask me it's absolute cancer these days, would recommend national dex OU instead even if it's a meme tier

It's still pretty much the same. Ubers is still ubers. OU is still OU. Then it goes UU, RU, NU, PU.

ZU isn't really official. It's more like an Other Metagame at this point. National Dex is seperate from OU and therefore has its own side tiers like Nat Dex UU and AG.

Showdown always has a shit ton of random metas you can play. Anything outside the Ubers - PU spectrum is just kind of an OM.
