here's a quick balance tweak for Pokemon as it buffs grass type and nerfs water type at the same time.

Not going to happen as it would be a buff for Meganium and Cradily. TPC would throw a shitfit if Meganium or ANY Rock-type Pokemon got a buff.

you are not going to use water moves against grass types in single player anyway.
that would be very helpful more in PVP where you can just switch a grass type into a water type and negate its moves

I think weather boost may work with grass type. Sunny day boosts speed and attacks, rain dance boosts defense but weakened attacks instead. Hail weakens defs and sandstorm weakens speed a grass mons that aren't combined with those types. Increasing speed and offensive stats within sunny days is risky choice, rain dances will be for safest strategy and grass type be a good supporter for fire and water types. Sorry for my english.
