This is the most theyve ever revamped the gameplay. You can claim that the game isnt good but to say they arent trying is ridiculous when they:
>remade every single model>added new animations to every mon>completely revamped the battle system>changed catching completely>included more ways to interact with the pokemon themselvesAll this and more because they wanted to try something new and push the franchise forward. The team was ambitious enough to make this game, which was completely unnecessary since "people would buy it anyway". SV already seems to be improving on what theyve already laid. If you really believe they arent trying after legends youre either an idiot or underage, why not point towards other issues that are actually taking a big toll on the development, like the fact that they have no fucking time to develop the games
