Sorry, maybe I'm retarded and not connecting why that matters, but to be clear I'm reffering to movesets seemingly being wiped when in Home.

Main concern is going into SV, which I guess is probably an unknown. I don't want my shiny, Sucker Punch Bisharps to just suddenly be useless.

IIRC, movesets are erased from their origin game and changed to what a Pokémon’s level up moveset would be in the game it’s being transferred into

Based. Having transfer only moves was retarded anyway. Even more retarded was removing them from TMs or the mon's level up moves but then making them tutor moves in games like ORAS.

Basically if you have a Psycho boost & Feather Dance Lugia from XD and bring it to gen8 you not only can't use the moves but you need to delete it to participate in ranked.

The real problem with this is that despite allowing pokemon to relearn moves deleted this gen they won't allow you to remember these special moves effectively removing their uniqueness.
