>>50470571Not really an event mon, but back when Pokemon Dream World was a thing, and you used it with a Pokemon from Black and White (not the sequels), you had a chance of getting Spinda, and one of the special moves it had could be Superpower. This was the only way you could get a Superpower Spinda, as when ORAS and USUM had it as a Move Tutor move, it couldn't get it. Considering it had its hidden ability, you do the math. At the end of the day though, it's still a Spinda.
