kek i used him to do that all the time last in 2020 and early 2021. glad people caught on how funny it is to do that. I also had a Scope Lens on him, which meant a 50% Crit rate that would just melt people out of nowhere

Because Cinderace is just strong.
Rillaboom has a lot of utility alongside the 2nd strongest priority move in the game.
Inteleon can do some real damage in the rain and even ignores redirection.
Cinderace really has nothing special to stand out. STAB on every move is nice, but that's just more power.
And "more power" isn't enough to keep up in a format where legendaries are allowed. Why use Cinderace when you have Zacian?

Restricted Pokemon is the only reason it’s not being used, it was common before but almost all legendaries are stat power houses rather than utility so nobody is going to bring Cinderace when their team needs utility to support their legends.

VGC's a meta where unless you're a retardedly good one trick pony like Dracovish or Zacian, you're not really going to see a lot of usage in Doubles conditions.
