Add a move that screws Flying-types over just for having the nerve to exist.
Although SR isn't perfect because some Flying-types can have a neutrality to it. It should do 1/4 damage to all non-grounded mons and 1/8 damage to all grounded mons.

Distribute Gravity better, or maybe even introduce a Gravity setting ability.
And whenever a flying mon is forcibly brought to the ground by Gravity or Smack Down or whatever, it gets affected by any entry hazards on the ground immediately.
