OP, you're not allowed to count the right side, it doesn't count. Content after the League doesn't count. Also that isn't Johto, and this is a Gen II game, so it doesn't count as part of the game. Also, we need to clarify this, but Pokémon from headbutt trees don't count. You're never forced to encounter them, so we can't count them. The same goes for Pokémon with low encounter rates that get boosted by swarms. That's not real content. You can't count friendship evolutions either, nobody is going to use those specific Pokémon for long enough to get their evolutions. Breeding doesn't count either. And you certainly can't count the Tyrogue in Mt. Mortar, you need to backtrack with Waterfall to get it and backtracking doesn't count. Also, Mt. Mortar is optional and complicated so how can anyone be expected to do it? And Wobbuffet doesn't count either because it's in the same cave from the beginning but it's only accessible from an optional route, but how can you know that? And Skarmory is exclusive to Silver on that optional route so it might as well be a Gen III Pokémon instead. Speaking of Gen III Pokémon, Slugma is only in Kanto, so it doesn't count for Gen II. Same with Houndour and Murkrow. You can't even count Sneasel, Misdreavus, or Larvitar since they're so late in the game, that's not even content. Time-based Pokémon don't count since it's unfair to force players to play at night or in the morning, they'll never encounter them. And don't even think of telling me that Gen I Pokémon, trade evolutions, or version-exclusives count. And how can Pokémon evolved from Gen I count if Gen I Pokémon don't count? Raikou/Entei/Suicune are roaming which doesn't count. Crystal and HGSS also don't count either so don't even try.
