Now could Lucario have evolved to gain teats and less cookie'ish genitals, because of their bipedal anatomy? Sure, but there's no strong evidence this would actually be the case that i'm aware of so if a Lucario has clearly human boobs/vagina it feels extremely tacked on and tasteless. If Lucario had a human DICK everyone would say huh what it looks weird and out of place. Same should apply to females
