For example, Grovyle already has Leaf Blade by Mauville in ORAS, but in Emerald will have to rely on Absorb or BP 10 Bullet Seed for STAB and will only learn Leaf Blade at level 29.
We can compare the Magneton and Voltorb (and Electrike vs Magnemite), but the Emerald edition still has the Manectric with a level much higher than the ORAS team.
