The entire Smash roster would be difficult (And biased obvs since i don't know fully all the games (and possible games) represented in Smash.
An idea would be to replace K.Rool by Rambi
If PT is cut we can add three mons into the roster: I'm going with Grovyle, Chandelure/Genesect/Zoroark (a Gen 5 rep honestly) and Scizor/Heracross (If genesect isn't the Gen 5 rep) + cut Lucario for Rhyperior (It's my bias again, but two rep from a non Gen 1 Generation seems to much)

Level-5 is 100% dead in the West, having entirely shut down its North American operation in late 2020 over "low sales."

And now the new numbers revealed earlier this month show they're dead in Japan too.
