Jynx is blobby and shapeless, and it doesn’t even actually have a body, it’s like a flying head with arms.
Gothitelle is closer, but it’s cone shaped and has weird stubby legs.
Aside from the lower parts of their limbs, Gardevoir have bodies which are pretty much indistinguishable from a really slim human woman. If they didn’t have the mask things on the sides of their faces then they would have human faces too, albeit unusually round and big eyed. The only other Pokemon which comes close is Machoke, but I’d put it a little lower since it has a dinosaur head.
