How the fuck do I find it in Crystal (vc)?
I haven't seen it before, so checking the pokedex isn't an option.
I've used repels and gone between routes 37. 36 and 35 (before flying back to Ecruteak and repeating) constantly. I have spent over 3 hours doing this and gone through >100 max repels. I cannot encounter it.
