Its immunity can stay so it deals with Outrage spam, the only reason it was even conceived in the first place. Stealth Rocks are mostly fine but I thought Rock types could use a decent buff like this. Psychic is just badfairy with mostly offensive mons and no offensive presence so could use an offensive buff
