>>50520733Yea crystal clear is extremely good. The dedication to having everything be "legal" is really underrated. I taught my Aerodactyl some cool like, toys r us exclusive moves from a move tutor in game and I was actually able to transfer all my mons to Pokemon stadium 2 and stuff. Crystal clear is a proper pokemon game and a celebration of gen 2. Having the hidden power type and power was great because I could teach my Scizor a 60 power hidden power bug to replace fury cutter.
It's a well made game. It being open world is cool. Wandering in to Pokemon mansion at level 10 and encountering a level 25 Flareon was super memorable, it was like a mini boss.
TR doesn't jive with the open game design, but they should come back in some small or optional way. The OC elite 4 is uunderstandably hated but I'll allow it because it's more challenging. It'd be cool to have the normal elite 4 in the game somehow. But the move tutors and gym leader layout is on point.
It'd be rad and good for the community if he released the code for people to borrow and use but he's not really obligated to release it, it's his work. Oh and he can have his name in the title all he wants. That's a silly thing to get mad about.
The only problem, and I do believe this is a very serious issue, is that he made everyone brown. Don't you dare call me racist, it breaks my immersion when these Japanese shrine priests are black. Everyone's black after that one update I can't stand it. DiVeRsiTy in Johto is absolute NONSENSE at least make it optional ffs.
