Is anybody still playing this game?
Is there someone low enough in the autism spectrum to not have played this on release for 9 hours a day until they completed it?

I haven't completed the free update yet. Booted it up on the day of the update, played for an hour or so and then closed it. The massive outbreaks were incredibly boring to me.

I didn't get to play it on release much due to college + work, despite getting it on release. Having to get the research level of all Pokemon to level 10 to technically finish the Pokedex is extremely tedious and unless I come up with ways to do it efficiently, it becomes a very tiring process, especially when there are variable overworld spawns that can only be influenced by going back to a camp and sleeping 12 in game hours.

I'm still playing it. I currently have 143 Path of Solitude wins. Once I beat all the Path of Solitude battles, I'll go for 50 wins in the Eternal Battle Reverie, then full perfect pokedex.

I haven't played in a while, had the story missions complete and like 300 pokemon in my dex last time I did, checked out the update but it wasn't very exciting.

I bought the game on release but stalled on it after catching the legendary (Origin dialga for me). I liked the game well enough but college, personal projects, preparing to find a job, and playing more interesting games have kept me from playing much.

Massive outbreaks are only useful, not really fun per se
They make alpha shiny hunting way easier as well as completing the pokedex to lvl10 less autistic

It only gives you the shiny charm which is +2 rolls I think? For shiny catching manipulation it makes it way easier, but manipulating massive mass outbreaks is perfectly consistent so its not really an issue.

Now THATS the autism I was looking for. I think I did like 3 of the solitude challenges and gave up. I feel it was mostly a mechanic so you can put your team through it, not every single pokemon in the dex
Is there even a final reward for doing all of them?

Mixed up the dex with BDSP. Think I was at ~150/240. Had most legends and the things that were abailable on the map, just not the rifts and rarer spawns or special mons.

No. You get bonus XP candies with every 10 completions, but nothing for 100%ing it. I'm not going for rewards anyway, my end goal is the satisfaction of scrolling through my pokedex and seeing every page with a red victory mark.

hadnt played in a month,was shiny hunting before all the legendary post game.. but have been this week. Shiny hunting and getting the dex. just need to find the rest of the damn wisps at this point. About halfway with shinydex, but not bothering shiny hunting the legends. I did get an awesome alpha shiny decidueye yesterday.. I was pumped

I've only unlocked 3 areas so far but I wish the exploring is better. Really lame that you just fast travel to whatever map like pokemon snap. I was expecting legit open world and caves and dungeons like the other games
