Machamp is a wrestler, Hitmonlee is a kickboxer, Hitmonchan is a boxer, Mr. Mime is a mime, Hypno is a hypnotist, it's not like gen 1 has no jobmons and It doesn't look bad. It incorporates the leaves from Oddish and the flowers from Gloom to create an evolution that acts as a counterpart to Vileplume while also feeling pretty natural. It being a hula dancer doesn't make it bad, there's nothing wrong with Bellossom, you're just being autistic. and Unown isn't a terrible concept for a pokemon either, it's just one mon with a bunch of forms
