If you want to simulate the encounter rate of something like gen 1 games, then you need this many or even more Pokemon in the grass. This is exactly my problem: he does not offer any solution. He has to revert back to Pokemon popping out of the ground and forming these huge clusters because this is the only way to replicate the random encounters. He does not offer a different catching or encounter system, so it is basically just a reskined SwSh with the same weird feeling.
