>>50548558For Torchic, my problem comes to it being a distribution. There's nothing interesting about that. With Victini, you need to at least be at Castelia City, and it unlocks a special story event, area, and battle. Unfortunately, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect lack most of this. There are special mini events where you can teach them Sacred Sword, Relic Song, and get Drives, so there's acknowledgement. But they're still boring distributions that don't unlock any new areas or battles. The Celebi transfer that unlocks a gift Zorua and the shiny Raikou/Entei/Suicune that unlocks a battle with a Zoroark are better.
Gen IV having the Member's Card with the empty hotel where you awaken on Newmoon Island with Darkrai, Oak's Letter with the white rock on Route 224 with the Seabreak Path that leads to the Flower Paradise and Shaymin, returning to the Spear Pillar with the Azure Flute and unlocking the Hall of Origin for Arceus, the Secret Key unlocking a room where you can change Rotom's forms, a special Regigigas unlocking special rooms for Regirock/Regice/Registeel which you can use in turn to get the level 1 Regigigas, the Enigma Stone being the Soul Dew and unlocking Latios/Latias, the special Celebi in Ilex Forest leading to a Giovanni battle, the Pikachu-colored Pichu unlocking the Spiky-Ear Pichu in Ilex Forest, etc. Even using Ranger to transfer a special Manaphy egg is a unique experience.
