Remember: Gardevoir have fully developed hands, with wrists and thumbs. They usually aren’t drawn or modeled in a way which shows that off, but they’re there. Their mega evolution gloves have a thumb compartment, and they’ve also been shown moving their hands to a 90 degree angle relative to their forearms.
