No, Rajesh, that's Meteor Falls. This is the Scorched Slab, which in Gen 3 only had Sunny Day in it. In ORAS they put Heatran here because there was nothing down there.

You're confusing it with Meteor Falls. The Scorched Slab doesn't have anything (in RSE, they expanded it in ORAS) aside from the TM Sunny Day, in order to reference Amaterasu's cave.
