I started this game around three weeks ago, this is easily the best Pokémon iteration I've ever played. I have yet to beat the E4 rematch but I've found next-to everything in Johto and I need to explore Kanto a bit more, this is so good; the way the world is all interconnected and you can easily end up in a completely different place from the one you were exploring just a moment before is amazing (I've just found ||the secret passage to Tin Tower|| and I couldn't believe it), it really makes me wanna explore more, a feeling I didn't have with modern open world/triple A games (yeah most of them suck we all know it). Just a well realized open world with lovable OCs, I'm really a fanboy for Honeybun oh my god. The OCs just manage to be interesting and colorful without ever feeling too edgy or out of place, they could easily be inserted in a main Pokémon game without anyone noticing. You can see the care that was put into this gem, and this is the reason Crystal Clear is the only Pokémon ROM hack I'll probably ever play. I wouldn't find all of this anywhere else.
