I legit don't get the appeal of this pokemon. Its sausage fingers make it look stupid, and it looks too much like a man in a furry costume. At least other pokemon like Blaziken actually look like humanoid monsters, but Incineroar straight up looks like some human dressed up as a cereal mascot. I also hate the fact that it's another Fire/Fighting design (I don't care that it's actually Fire/Dark, it could've very easily been a Fire/Fighting type). It feels like they're creatively bankrupt and can't come up with any new concepts for fire starters. Even though people will screech "b-but it's better than it being a generic 4 legged animal!!!!", it being a quadruped tiger would have ironically made it feel more unique since it wouldn't have been the 4th bidepal fighting man that is a fire starter.
It's such a shitty design. I just don't get why it's so popular and why people like it when it oozes unoriginality and it's so ugly to look at. (unless they're mentally ill zoophiles or something)
