If we talk about true, actual stall that as win condition just waits for opportunity and error on your side - this style of teams is based around defensive synergy between multiple Pokemon. If you capitalize and focus on one Pokemon or dunno, outright kill it, their chance to win drops significantly. Remember - they have just 6 slots to cover entire meta. In modern Pokemon it means that signle Pokemon is doing double or triple duty as check for multiple threats.
