They're obviously going to show new Pokemon and probably an overview of some other stuff, this is about equivalent to the time we got our second Sword and Shield trailer that showed about the same.
I think the Groudon/Kyogre meme is pretty dead and buried because they pretty much do always show new information at this point. It's more a matter of quality, because everything sucks now and no matter what they reveal it's going to be bad.
