"lechon" is often just used in Spanish restaurants in America to mean like a fried pork dish or barbecued pork. I think the name, since it's the English name, is referring to that convention rather than the way it's used in Spanish. I see lechon on menus all the time, recognized the pun instantly. People on 4chan just need to get out a bit more and experience things I guess?
