I only saw the screenshot of his Lechonk evo tweet after the trailer and it said something like "posted X mimutes ago" so I figured he posted it after the trailer. Though you are right and it may be possible the screenshot was taken before the trailer.
I guess you could say he is more useful but that doesn't change the fact that he is attention whoring instead of just giving us the leaks like we've had with previous generations.
Sure there is no ruke as to how to leak stuff and he can do whatever he wants but I still don't like his ways.
