I don't think Hisuan Zorua is in the regional dex, I'm pretty sure it was just used to confirm that the Hisuian mons were transferrable from PLA

What do we even call the new not-regional but also not-national dex?

Vespiquen isn't like e.g. Gengar where it's still fundamentally a good Pokemon but is brought down by other, better Ghost types, Vespiquen just sucks in and of itself. Even if it was the only Bug type in the game and it had Dual Wingbeat and Megahorn it'd still be unusably bad. Horrible typing, 40 base speed, and just generally poor stats.

The only possible way to make Vespiquen good is a mega or some similar kind of form change.

Fucking based and finally. The poor thing hasn't been a part of a regional dex since Gen II. Very few other Mons have been neglected like this. Still waiting for my bro Forretress to appear somewhere, probably won't but one can always hope. Otherwise I'm honestly not very impressed by the selection so far.

Change its ability to Parental Bond, to signify the Combee attacking alongside it. Add Heal Order and give it and Defense Order special properties where they're affected by Parental Bond and activate twice, just like direct damage attacks do.
