>>50642455>>50643620a part of me unironically thinks Ash is going to lose Semis to either Leon or Cynthia, then these two will face each other on the finals for an OFF SCREEN battle without ever mentioning who won, OR again Cynthia v Leon final but their battle is interrupted by aass scale attack from Team Rocker like the one in Mewtwo's second move or the Rocket v Plasma war, this way they dont have to choose THE strongest champion so people can keep speculating and Ash will be key in stopping the invasion finishing the arc and possibly the Ashnime, thus keeping hom as a realized character as he emerges victorious as one the best, if not the very best trainer, like no one ever was
