I wanted to mix in some inspirations:
Wendigos: the bloody skull, the antlers, the slender body, and the "bloody" hooves.
Its preevolution was mostly herbivorous but started to like the taste of blood, as it continues to consume it though, its diet starts to shift towards blood, just like a wendigo
Antlers shedding: As deers shed their antlers they become really messy and expose their inner, fleshy color, so I want to incorporate messy, flesh-coloured antlers
Also, as it gets "older" its ruffle collar gets less busy and more elegant
