Gen 5 dungeons are kino
BW has Dreamyard, Wellpring Cave and Pinwheel Forest are kino because you can explore them later, you're not forced to explore the whole mf'ing dungeon during the story. Twist Mountain though, it is really cool, like it's kinda hard to navigate because the game doesn't give you much indicator of which doors lead to what, heaps of small side areas that you can find, was slightly expanded in the sequels as well. They are available in the B2W2 post game as well, but have some small differences.
B2W2's first dungeon imo is Castelia Sewers, it was really kino, a simple path for the story progression but different areas that could be explored later, some only explorable during certain seasons. It also leads you to Relic Passage, an entirely new and optional area which further leads you to the Relic Castle which is sadly mostly gone in B2W2 also Castelia Sewers has a staircase that leads to a new part of Castelia City, the park that has some wild mons, why we have to go through sewers makes little sense to me tho. Floccesy Ranch and Virbank Complex didn't feel like dungeons imo.
Chargestone Cave is pretty much the same between the Originals and Sequels but it was epic nonetheless it was cool. Also very close to Chargestone was the Mistralton Cave, in BW it housed Cobalion, in B2W2 it's just another cave, kinda cool but still just a cave.
The Unova Towers need no explanation, THEY ARE KINO. Abyssal Ruins require Dive. They are beautiful and have lots of lore and riches. Reversal Mountain looking different between B2 and W2 was cool, it had Heatran in the post game, not much more to say desu. Strange House tho, really cool, Not a hard one to navigate but it sets the atmosphere and expands the lore a bit. Seaside Cave was okay I guess, a bit tedious to navigate the first time, still better than Mt. Moon and Rock Tunnel. Giant Chasm has a cool maze and shit. Both versions of Victory Road are kino. Challengers Cave should have been in B2W2.
