Additionally ariados only has giga drain to attack with. The problem being it seems like you're just letting ariados start spamming double team and it has baton pass.

Bruno's hitmontops moves are awful though, quick attack and pursuit being the only 2 that hits ledian. Hitmontop takes like 7 hits to kill you but at the same time, between thunder/ice punch you take 6 turns, if you bred for psybeam, gee only 4.

However between moonlight and stun spore this battle probably takes a very long time unless you switch out to you know...a stronger pokemon.
>gyaradosThunder punch does kill in 3 however if it uses surf followed by either hyper beam or flail you probably lose this fight. I don't know the gen 2 AI particularly well though, it'll probably waste a turn on rain dance.
All and all. I mean yeah, you can do it? I focused on some offense but if slowbro starts building amnesias or ariados double teams, then you probably just stop doing damage.
