The only optional lowercase letter is the T in Pt, which can be left out anyway.

Capitalizing the first word or first part of a contracted word and putting the rest in lowercase helps better define and separate titles. At the very least it’s not random.

Following your retard logic, I wrote Red, Blue, Silver and Yellow at least twice as well

R for Red & Ruby, B for Blue & Black, G for Green & Gold, S for Silver & Sapphire & Sun, Y for Yellow and Y is somehow fine, but people turn into spastics if you use SS for SoulSivler and Sword/Shield?

Also no one uses SS on its own for SoulSilver, only ever together with HG for HGSS.

No one ever points out how B is used for Black and Blue and R is used for Ruby and Red. I end up never abbreivating Sword/Shield because people can't stop being redditors for 5 seconds, but this is a good point. We'd have to retroactively go back and change RS, BW, etc

Also no retard ever uses an abbreviation for a single game, either the game couple is mentioned (HGSS) or it is spelt out (SoulSilver).

But that's not necessary when people use these acronyms to refer to clusters of games, not individuals. Like, nobody says Pokemon R and then others have to wonder whether it's Red or Ruby, or whether Pokemon S is Silver or Sapphire. They say RBY to refer to the gen 1 kanto games, GSC to refer to the gen 2 johto games, RSE to refer to the gen 3 hoenn games, etc.

With this in mind there's no need to say DPPt instead of DPP
