Pic related, for instance (let's ignore all the other legal issues going on here besides the logo), doesn't use the Pokemon logo font. But you can still tell it's a knock-off of the Pokemon font almost entirely because of the color scheme. That's something that could be argued in court if something like TemTem decided to use the same font for its title as Political Pat. However, that's a claim they can only maintain as long as they can prove the color scheme is an integral part of the Pokemon text. If they used a red version of it on Ruby version or something, that would pretty much single-handedly sink that claim and allow Pokemon knock-offs to start using the yellow and blue color scheme for their titles.
