The episode was supposed to signal their return but it was like unusual weather for a week that has novelty only on the first day, stays around for a few days after that which affects where you are but not intrusively, and then leaves without any lasting impact. They have their general, but it's probably the least interesting one on the board besides the writethread whenever it shows up.
