Promotional material for the game outright confirms Cyllene and Kamado are Cyrus and Rowan’s ancestors, the others are just speculation but some might as well be legit (Arezu—>Mars).

How the hell are these so overlooked? It says so much about her character. I guess Cogita and Volo are either not related and Volo is just a LARPer or they have an extremely distant relation (she's HIS ancestor). I always figured she was his grandma or something but now I don't believe that's the case at all. Did Arceus decide to make her immortal to play her role in this game I wonder? Really reading all of these has totally changed my mind about her and now I see Cogita in a new light.

Also surprised that the clans aren't native to Hisui, at least not direct descendants of the Celestica people. That's interesting.
