Good pay, generous hours, no crunch, incredibly lax and newbie-friendly, the only issue is you get very few if any opportunities to prove your worth or present ideas unless you're being trained by a member of the Old Guard or get handpicked for one reason or another.
Naturally artists are gonna want to move on from GameFreak because of that, they get their few winners and leave it there since it's unlikely they'll be relied on TOO often for new monsters.
