I have 3 speculations
1- TPC scolded him for the heavy negative reception of SWSH on social media
2- He wasn't treated well at Gamefreak which is why he said "I still loves them" which imply they did him wrong and he took the easy path and left them
3- He couldn't stand all the insults from /vp/ anymore
Anyway, fuck Gayfreak for being a shitty company that doesn't respect its employees to the point they would leave the biggest franchise in the world to do indie games.
