Why would you think that? PLA and SV were built from the same game. Nothing from PLA will be in SV because they were developed independently from each other. SV MIGHT have SOME things. But to think that PLA is the base of SV is like expecting Poliwrath to evolve into Politoed. I don't understand.

The animations were pretty consistent outside of one move called Double Ki- oh it's the one you mentioned, what a surprise. The only move animation that got spammed here endlessly and now people think it actually represents what the average animations were like and isn't a massive outlier.
