>>50697364yes but my point is from the perspective that other anon was getting at, its still american in origin and therefore no feeling of inferiority if it were to be managed by an american president/ceo (in fact theyd probably consider it a better venture to do so) but for a company started by the japanese, to have a gaijin achieve high company status threatens the feeling of authenticity because of how japanese people are about that sort of thing. i know it sounds like a racist reach or something to say so but im being genuine, its to do with society/culture which is i assume what that other anon meant. im unsure whether jt left in anticipation of this or just for more freedom, but if he thinks hes being held back from a higher paycheck it was a smart move to leave gf. i dont like his designs but enough other people might that i cant say for sure whether i think he will actually end up making more money on his own though.
