She's an anime character that is completely forgotten. Jessie and James appeared in Masters but they were iconic anime staples and IIRC they appeared in Let's Go Pikachu.

When did she appeared the last time? In Johto? Butch and Cassidy only appeared for one episode in Sinnoh and I think they didn't appear in Hoenn. Jigglypuff with the marker also only appeared for one episode and then never reappeared again I think. I miss them!

Yea but she looked ugly as fuck. The worst part is that she's the only cameo character drawn with dots for eyes (the others like Misty, Brock, Gary and Ritchie all have normal looking eyes)

In the actual anime they had a side series called Pokemon Chronicles and she appeared in two episodes. They didn't air in the west until like 2006 and it's highly likely if you were a fan during the original series you had already bounced off the anime.
