>>50705542I agree with the workouts but in my experience you shouldn't eat lean if you're trying to build muscle through lifting heavy and doing slow reps, you should eat a shit ton and also get lot of protein and fat. Not too much but like maybe 350 calories over what one usually would depending on your size.
While doing that, do intense ab workouts every day and after every workout and begin with stomach vacuums in order to work on getting that lean, triangle appearance. Continue doing abs after you start trying to shed the fat (by going in a caloric deficit), and you'll look lean as fuck and have a dorito shaped body that looks like Leon's eventually. Just keep doing that cycle of bulking and cutting over and and over again. And yes there is a shit ton of intense ab workouts involved but you start to look forward to it.
Also, make sure to alternate ab routines, it's better for building them if you want larger abs
