Pretty sure there were a couple of active female poketubers, i recall at least two animators. They probably fit a different niche. And i don't use twitch, but last time i checked there were some female shiny hunters streaming.

being mildly on-spectrum tends to manifest differently in men (and mtf 'women' lol) vs. actual women
on-spectrum actual women tend to have more anxieties
on-spectrum men and obviously mtf trannies tend to have more obsessive tendencies
it's easier to harness 'being obsessed' into content creation when anxiety is not in the way. a normie who loves pokemon isn't realistically going to put out the same content for many years as an adult, but someone like serebii joe or jwittz can have a good run without having to worry as much about the creepy obsessive half of the fanbase stalking them

I think the VGC casting roster is pretty well balanced when it comes including female casters. The competitors are mostly male though still.
