Yes, I agree that accomplishments and feats are the most consistent way to go about it. Yes: I also agree it can get unfair sometimes with how the feats can go down. I'm even gonna go so far as to say: It's not unnatural to make the conclusion of: "Dragonite may be stronger than Haxorus in that period of time, since he defeated it in a fight."
But going on: I'd like to say that the ashime isn't over yet, and the previews show Iris' Haxorus going toe to toe with Cynthia's Milotic, Garchomp, and Mega Garchomp. Ash's Dragonite might have some battles ahead of it too.
I myself am going to wait until everything's said and done before stating who's stronger, where everyone's feats are visible.
