I hope its not some timeline bullshit because we already have Celebi and Dialga (and Arceus too, as Dialga is just some part of Arceus which is just some part of god) that are stated to be able to directly travel and control time. I'd argue that ultra space travel and whatever Hoopa does could also count depending on the dimension they end up in (i mean, they could end up in a dimension with different time flow and that allows some time travel bullshit, i guess?).
