I've been waiting 20+ years for a Epic Sandslash battle with AJ but it never came. Like to introduce someone that just completely destroys Ash in battle and then to never give Ash the rematch later was just disappointing.

It's not bad for an early route filler, but I wish it wasn't the only Pangolin mon. Making "literally the animal but cartoony" is a waste of the potential it has.
