I think this is something that bears analysis and I've seen repeated several times, but I think it's fairly safe to assume that the kids that we play as in the pokemon games are definitely extremely gifted at pokemon, considering how much stronger you are than even trainers known as "aces". Let's face it, if any of us were teleported into the pokemon world we would be much closer in skill to Youngster Joey than Hilbert or Brendan. That being said, I don't think it's that ridiculous that Leon jobs to Gloria / Victor considering they're literally the Chosen Ones of the plot

It isn't any more broken than Z-moves or megas, which everyone else can use. Since we see champions travelling around all of the time they could also just spend some time in Galar to train if they wanted to.

and, of course it's someone with a charizard these people have attached to to such an extent, Leon's Charizard is probably the result of years of Genwunner complaining and pandering because of the retarded fan-work cycle leaving Gamefreak thinking Kanto was the only gen fans cared about.

it's like Fire Spin, it's continual damage to the target that took the hit, it's not a field thing, it's basically fire spin on steroids after a move with strength comparable to a fire blast that doesn't miss because it's base accuracy is 101

Megas, case by case but Dynamax is typically more broken.
Dynamax is pretty much a straight upgrade from Z-moves in terms of brokeness.
You trade a 1 time 90-170 BP move ignoring downsides and being untrickable for having all your moves 90-150 BP with special effects for 3 turns, while having double the bulk and a bunch of immunities.

The thing is, Leon is not only stated to be unbeaten, but he's easy even by Pokemon standards.
I guess the reasonable conclusion to draw is that Victor/Gloria is a prodigy beyond even the other prodigies we play as.

It's not really unfair because there is no strategy to Dynamax in lore.
Everyone always just maxes their ace, who they always save for last. Even when the max move is better when used earlier. Charizard's being a prime example.
Even if you're using Dynamax for the first time in your life and just use it as an ooga booga powerup when backed into a corner, you're just using it the same way every Galarian does.

Also, as one who prefers manga, it's even more obvious on Adventures: young teenagers being the important player of all decisive events. Pokedex are artifacts that somehow only can be utilized by the protagonists and Pokemon professors giving them like candies.
