Alain was dropped unceremoniously and out of nowhere into the M8, made zero appearances and had mentions through all of PM until that moments and when it was finally time for his match his match didn't even get a full episode, didn't interact with anyone, his personality was regressed to the edgelord one for some reason, and last but not least had all of his Pokemon being oneshot.
And before you say anything, the fanbase hyping his appearance because everyone with two neurons to rub thought they would do the obvious and most logical thing and they wouldn't go and fuck up AGAIN, which they did again anyways because lol PM writing, is a wholly different matter and you know it.
