Anyway, IRL a lot of those French thinkers were communists/Marxists but it really doesn't apply here. Beware them anyway, Foucault for example fetishized violence and critical theory of all kinds seeks to dismantle capitalism and every working function of society piece by piece by piece until nothing is left. They reject the beauty of modernism and delve into the abyss. Nothing is real, gender isn't real, the family unit is an abuse of power etc it sounds logical but it is ultimately nihilistic madness.
